WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Warranties on products are stated only in the applicable sales agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
